A service for little people too

Children can be seen in the clinic  as part of their ENT consultation or via self-referrral from parents with concerns about their child's hearing. Play audiometry  is fun and hearing levels are established by means of listening games. If a problem is detected advice is given on the best route for onward referral usually to an ENT Consultant.  For children under 4 years we usually recommend a referral to Chear an excellent local Independent Paediatric Audiology Practice.

Swimming moulds are often recommended by our ENT Consultants for children with grommets or prone to infections. Custom made plugs are avaialble in all sorts of  fun colours which makes them easy to spot if dropped by the pool!
